Both the Trustees and Head Teacher recognise that staff are the most valuable asset the school has and are dedicated to making the school a positive and stimulating place to work. This is provided through exciting professional development opportunities for staff at all levels and the support to progress into more senior roles. We support a number of trainee teachers and support assistants each year and encourage everyone to access learning to help them grow.
It is important to us that staff feel respected and valued and this is reflected to our commitment to ensure that all staff access high standards of pay and conditions, including access to both the Teacher’s Pension and Local Authority Pension scheme.
